Rules of Nun Sakin نون ساکن کے قوانین

• Nun Sakin Izhar نون ساکن إظہار

Izhar (الإظهار) The Making Clear : In this case the nun (ن)  is read clearly.

When ا ح خ ع غ ه comes before tanween or nun sakin, the letters are said clearly.

• Nun Sakin Idgham  نون ساکن ادغام 

Idgham (الإدغام) The Merging  : In this case the nun (ن) is merged into the next letter either partially or completely.

Merge non-vowel (nun sakin and tanween) with a vowel letter (Idgham letters). There are 2 groups divided into yarmaloon letters ﻯ ﺮ ﻡ ﻞ ﻭ ﻦ  .

1. Idgham with ghunnah

When ي ن م و comes after tanween or nun sakin merge with ghunnah.

2. Idgham without ghunnah

When ل ر comes after tanween or nun sakin merge without ghunnah.

• Nun Sakin Iqlaab نون ساکن اقلاب

Iqlab (الاقلاب) The Changing : Here the nun (ن) is changed into another letter

Change nun sakin or tanween to a م with ghunnah when followed by ب .

• Nun Sakin Ikhfa  نون ساکن اخفاء

Ikhfa (الإخفاء) The Hiding  : The nun (ن) is hidden so it is not a clear nun, but at the same time, not merged into the next letter.

When these letters ت ث ج د س ش ص ض ط ظ ف ق ك ز come after nun sakin or nun tanween then the voice of nun will be hidden into the nose for 2 seconds.
